Dapper Dining Drapes...Done!
How's that championship for unopen to alliteration?
A few weekends agone Ray & I made a quick trip to Dallas overnight. I went into 1 of my favorite cloth stores fully intenting to buy cloth to brand novel solid, neutral curtains for the dining room.
These are the curtains correct across the room-
My living/dining/kitchen are all opened upward thence whatever I set inwards the dining room needed to coordinate amongst what I already had inwards the back. My conception was to larn a pretty, fresh corporation greenish for the dining room. And too thence I saw these at the cloth store-
(really bad telephone motion painting but that's a smaller scale houndstooth.)
You know that I dearest houndstooth and could non larn this consider out of my head. I left the cloth shop without making whatever purchases. After returning home, I began the search for the perfect fabric. I scoured the cyberspace too drove all over town checking cloth stores for a houndstooth blueprint that was but right. I came upward empty-handed...everything was either the incorrect color, incorrect scale, or likewise expensive.
On a whim spell at that spot to buy something else, I walked through the cloth at Hobby Lobby. I hold off at their cloth almost every fourth dimension I'm at that spot too but knew they didn't bring what I was looking for. But then, I saw it, too birds began singing :)! The color was perfect. The scale wasn't likewise big or likewise small. The toll (using my coupon!) was perfect. I bought a quarter of a yard too pinned it upward on my existing curtains too loved it correct away. They adjacent day, subsequently trips to iv dissimilar stores to uncovering plenty fabric, I had my xv yards fix to go.
Although it is graphic, this blueprint is surprisingly neutral. I dearest how it has unopen to personality but isn't overpowering.
Want to know the best purpose nearly this fabric? The dorsum is but every bit pretty every bit the front, thence I didn't bring to business it! Yippee! Love saving coin too time. And, I dearest how the blueprint looks from exterior the window, too.
