We've been away for our summertime vacation.  It's a 2 inwards 1 this year.

French Quarter-The French Quarter has quite a reputation, but tin dismiss hold upwards (mostly) trouble solid unit of measurement friendly if y'all navigate it carefully.  We stayed closer to the Jackson Square side, which is surrounded with shops of all kinds, restaurants, too alive amusement everywhere y'all look... some cool, some actually strange.

Audubon Park-Walking too biking trails, fountains, ponds, golf, too a zoo.

Magazine Street-6 miles of quaint restaurants too shops.

Lunch at Regenelli's-we were starving later on a morn total of walking!

And, the best souvenirs ever...Penny Presses!
