This Week's Project- Patterned Bookcase Backs

Last twelvemonth when I painted the living room bookshelves white, I knew I wanted to do something fun on the dorsum of them, I only wasn't certain what yet.  So, I left the backs Urbane Bronze until I was inspired to alter them.  I'm making a few changes inwards the living room this Spring, hence I'm kicking off a footling mini makeover inwards in that location amongst this project.

Over the weekend I started yesteryear icon over the darker color.

This is only ane coat inwards but it already makes a huge divergence inwards how brilliant things are!  Even though I loved the moody night backs, I was ready for a change.

I've been thinking almost this projection for a piece together with lately showed yous a few samples I was considering.  I was learning towards a pinkish pattern, but was concerned almost that color upwardly against the brick fireplace.  Since hence I tried a light-green lattice textile that I had on manus only to acquire a experience for that color- forgot to accept a picture- but (shocker!)
