New Hillforts Together With Castles On Google Maps

Digital Digging is an interesting archaeological website which uses Google Maps together with Google globe to give a geographical context to of import archaeological sites.

The site has late launched a Hillfort Project to compile information on every hillfort inward England, Wales together with Scotland. Currently the projection includes Google Maps satellite images of hillforts inward Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset together with Wiltshire. Alongside the satellite ikon of each hillfort is information almost its place together with history.
