This platter is the Zafran feast which includes all novel carte du jour items on 1 plate. There's 2 types of chicken, fish, prawns, kebob too lamb.

This 1 is the fried rawa fish nestling alongside the fish coated inwards dried kokosnoot too rawa thendeep fried too served alongside a side of love apple tree chili chutney.
