Ministry Over Charges!

I had closed to Ministry documents to renew, I went to Jaber Al Ali for this task. The i car needed for 1/2 KD stamps was broke as well as then I was told to set a 1 KD postage on it! So all of the people getting the same documents that demand 1/2 KD stamps had to pay 1 KD instead. I'm non complaining virtually .500 fils all the same that is non fair to those people who count every fil due to their depression salary, this is really unfair to them.
