Commerce Government Minister Of Kuwait Fined For Parking Inwards Handicapped Space

KUWAIT CITY, March 24: Traffic citations were issued to Minister of Commerce as well as Industry Yusuf Al-Ali as well as Undersecretary Khaled Al-Shimmali because their cars were parked inwards spaces allocated for the handicapped inwards a yet-to-be occupied edifice inwards Ishbiliya.
